Was expecting a slow, ugly start. But the Rams looked asleep and uncoordinated.

McVays play calls were awful. Did he watch any Buffalo tape at all? You don't throw short passes to the sideline against them. You run straight ahead and attack the middle of the field in the passing game.

Colinsworth had a salient point last night (yeah, I know but he did have at least one good point) - the Rams never tried to get the Bills defense off balance. The Rams let Buffalo play comfortable and stay in their base defense. They got outplayed and out-coached in every way.

You could say that about half the QB's in the league. Getting the ball out quickly is about play design more than anything else.

So yes, it is hyperbole to suggest that Allen was Brady PLUS Manning last night when the two of them combined have a dozen rings with FOUR different teams.

Right on. I was seeing what they were saying before they even said it. It was a masterful performance against the defending SB Champs. It was unbeatable, but it was just one game.

Not with that receiving group. Kupp is great, but they had the flexibility to double up on him because nobody else looked to be a threat.

As much bitching as CP did for Allen Robinson in the offseason, he looked mostly slow.

Honestly, this game reminded me a lot of the Chiefs/Patriots game from week 1 in 2017(?)

Not so much the Chiefs having Super Bowl hype going into that season, but more about an overbloated last year's champion playing at home and with a coaching staff that didn't think their shit stunk. Close in the first half score-wise because both teams made a few mistakes, but in the second half just blew the ****ing doors off the soft bitch defending champions.

I'm convinced Allen Robinson will be a lot more involved in the Rams passing game going forward. The Bills were just getting major pressure and playing great defense.

Cam Akers on the other hand...I don't know what the deal is there. Could be they're just being cautious and saving him for later on in the season.
