I'm ready for Nick Loftin to get everyday at-bats. That dude must have door dinged the owners car in the parking lot or something to have his career already fully capped at AAA, given the talent and hype he had.

Nick Loftin has a .917 OPS down in AAA and he's 2 for 2 on stolen base attempts. But Cavan Biggio, that's the ticket. The Royals are aptly named, because real actual Royals were known for being the products of incest, thus quite reeruned.

Unironically if a random fan just stood at home plate and didn't swing, that would have let Garcia steal second and score on the single. Thus the random person would have been better than MJ in the last half inning.

I'm a big Massey fan but he can't hit lefties. He can mash righties but he's an automatic out against lefties.

Wouldn't it be cool if the Royals had a first round pick with tons of talent that was a middle infielder that could crush lefties? A right handed hitting player that could play 2nd against lefties, but also cover 3rd, shortstop and 1B?

That would be Nick Loftin.

Such a shame he opened his door so wide and he didn't see that the owner's car was right there
