Yes, Moore is a stop gap right now, but with further development, could be OK. Really need to get Smith taken care of (as kccrow has already said). I would like more FA wise.

Want Mahomes to look like he is comfortable in the pocket again and no more happy feet. As he ages his mobility is going to go down and injury risk will also go up. We need him to get a lot more comfortable in the pocket and make plays from there as his career enters the third act (he is still in the 2nd act of his career). I wish we had Jaylon Moore in the Superbowl and Thuney at LG I wonder how the game would have gone but whatever. I am excited about Moore he seems to have substantial upside and he learned from the master LT in SF.

Seems about best he could within reason. An LT that we feel pretty good about was 90% of what needed to happen. Hate losing Thuney, but that's a move that looks pretty obvious from an age and cap perspective. If I have a gripe, it's tagging Trey Smith. But even that is at least good for the O-line and gives continuity on the right side while we figure out the left.

It’s still a work in progress. If the right tackle falls to 31 I’m still not ruling that out.
I personally think Wanya is a better fit at guard than Kingsley. And I would give Kingsley one more year to work at tackle. He obviously has potential there. Plenty of franchise LT’s have struggled mightily their rookie year. Kingsley just had a super short leash given our team goals. |

Still alot of questions on the left side with Moore and Kingsley but if they play up to their potential this will be a very good line

This is the ultimate example of we won’t know until the bullets start flying.
If Jaylon Brown turns out to be steady and Kingsley slides into LG adequately then it’s a home run. If not, then we’re right back where we started and you’d have to call it a failure. I know that’s a cop out answer but that’s kind of what you’re faced with when the tackle you signed is a relative unknown and not an established player. |

They're paying out big contracts elsewhere, they win alot, and draft low.
It's just the way you're gonna have to build at some spots. |

Well, the entire season hinges on two unproven projects protecting the blind side of the best QB ever. So, safe to say I’ve been more confident. The ceiling is higher than it’s been in years, but the floor might be rough, too. It’s going to be interesting.
This a Skky Moore/Toney situation all over again. All their eggs are in Kingsley and Moore’s baskets. Good luck kids, go do it. |

It appears it could be serviceable for 2025 but nothing really settled beyond.
We know Humphrey will be the center long-term but everything else becomes a question mark after this season. Will Taylor and Smith be here in 2026? Is Moore a long-term answer? Will Suamataia remain at guard? What are we doing with Morris and Nourzad? Just a lot of questions going forward. |
