I get he's not the greatest GM, but there are a ton of GMs out there who are shitty at their jobs and don't get blackballed by every head coach candidate who comes their way.

There's something more to Baalke. It ain't just bad drafts. He must be one of the biggest assholes in the league. And that's saying a lot.
