So We Don't Have A Chance

Well I think there's always a chance even though it may be ever so slight. So I was sitting here thinking what I want to see out of our young players against the Patriots at Foxborough. I wanna see a fight and I want our 'Young Guns' to pick it. I want Dorsey to head slap the snot out of the first Patriot O lineman he goes up against. Slap him in the ear hole with all his force as if he were Tombstone Jackson. Then get in his face and say I hope you brought your lunch Bitch cause I'm gonna be here all day long. I wanna see the same from all our D linemen. I want some face mask grabbing and yankin' till Patriot helmets are off their heads. I wanna see DJ blitz and smash Brady to the ground even though the balls already been thrown. Bury his ass in the Foxborough turf. I want the same from Hali and Turk. Smash that S.O.B to the ground dog pile on and then twist his ankle. I wanna see Page and Pollard sandwich Moss and make blood flow from his nose. I don't care if the ball was thrown to Welker or it's a running play for that matter. Send that skinnny mo fo to the bench. Same goes for Welker. Screw that little prick. I want Alberts to grab a defender by his jersey pick him up and pancake his ass. I don't care if it's holding. Smash the P.O.S into the ground. I want our young corners to talk trash like it's never been talked before delivering hits even though they're a step late and the pass was incomplete. I wanna see Cox smash Jr Say I Still Don't Have A Ring right in the face with the crown of his helmet. Knock that old fuc to retirement where he belongs. I want to see all this early and often. Set the tone early and let these guys know that youth will be served. ****ing Patriots.

And when it's all over, we won't lose again for 6 straight days!!

How was that?

I won't be upset if the Chiefs lose as long as they put up a good fight. I will be upset if they lose 45-9. All I hear is Hermie stressing that he's sticking to his guns and playing the young guys no matter what. If we get beat that bad the young guys have no business playing in the NFL and it will prove Hermie shouldn't be a head coach in the NFL.

They won by an average of 20 points last season, and 17.5 when including the playoffs. That spread isn't a pisspound, it's another day at the office.

You don't have to be the greatest team ever to rack up gaudy stats when your division consists of Miami, Buffalo and the Jets. A decent college team could win the AFC East against those turds.

No where did I say the Chiefs were gonna win. I said "I think there's always a chance even though it may be ever so slight." The point is I don't want to see all these young players just show up to take a beating. I'll feel much better with a loss if these guys take the game to them with a "hit'em in the mouth" mentality. I also believe playing with that mentality gives us a chance. The other point is it makes me sick to watch so many Chiefs fans just lay down willing to take the loss. IMO since you're laying down so easily you might as well roll over and take it all the way in the process.

Fans shouldn't be so accepting of failure.
Neither should the staff or this team.

Have some pride. Believe in yourselves. Play tough.
Play smart. And give 'em Hell...

If this team does that... I'll be happy.

Do you also work at Jason's Auto?

Seriously though, there's always a chance, and Herm's style might even keep us in the game for a while. Nobody wants to see the players just show up and take a beating, but that has nothing to do with us expecting a beating. I'm not going to get all rah-rah and pumped up for a game that could be over in the first 15-20 minutes. Low expectations followed by a huge surprise is much better than high expectations and a huge letdown whenever you have no control over the outcome.
