What he did last year was on his natural ability. He has to progress as a QB. He's not there yet. If he doesn't progress he'll be out of the league in 5 years. A completion percentage that hovers around 50% doesn't cut it in the NFL.

Everyone was on Vick's jock after his first year of starting. He didn't improve beyond his natural athletic ability. Once Young throws 23 picks this year, we'll see how well he's adjusted to playing QB (as opposed to RB) in the NFL.
