Anyone Whining about the Chiefs Benefitting from PI

Should also acknowledge the play immediately preceding it in which our first down was taken off the board BY A PENALTY AGAINST KC.

Today there were people saying that they should’ve let the obvious PI go because “The Chiefs deserve to have one not go their way”

No one actually thinks Likely scored last week. Or that the P.I. Was a bad call today.

They just want the Chiefs to lose so badly that they’re willing to allow the rules to be broken in order for it to happen.

It’s not frustrating to me, it’s hilarious.
The Canadian football media panel on the Canadian channel that I was watching the game on was in shambles when they came on post-game. This is accurate.

I don’t see the media griping about these 2 calls. It may seem that way because fans and chiefs haters badly want it to be true. But most of the unbiased nfl talking heads seem to acknowledge it’s the right call. Including today. Speaks volumes when the play by play and the rules analyst knew confidently within 1 replay that it was the right call. Not even a little bit of debate

Exact same argument was made when the Eagles blatantly grabbed JuJu’s jersey. Chief haters want the Chiefs to be penalized on every play while KC opponents are never penalized.

It was so clear it's not even worth re-litigating. We had illegal hands to the face on the prior play that was far less of a clear-cut, game-altering penalty.

Thank god the refs didn't just decide to "let them play" at a time that wasn't beneficial to us.
The CP rank and file have always really been into fighting ghosts.

There was one specific NFL Network dude on twitter last week (who I can’t remember) that argued that Likely should’ve had a TD because his heel touched before his toe.

It was an absolutely insane take.

If we 3peat nobody is going to bring up some lame 4 and 16 pi as the reason. Bengals may but they keep messing up. 2 years ago Mahomes got the call and he should have.

I mean… I agree it was by the letter a penalty. But the juju hold was controversial for good reason. I of course love the call, but if im being fair I get why people didn’t love it. This one, just like the mahomes shove out of bounds in the playoffs, are not even debatable. They are clear penalties. So clear that nobody is even calling it ticky tack.
