OLED TV Prices Continue to Fall

65 inch Samsung OLED at Best Buy for $1000:

https://www.bestbuy.com/site/samsung...?skuId=6536964

65 inches is on the small side (that's what she said), but that's a good deal. I'm sure larger models will follow suit before long.

I wish I would have purchased one of the tube HDTVs that Sony made in the early 2000's.

Retro gaming heaven.

I do know that LG is selling their 65” OLED C4 for $1,499 for Black Friday which is still pricey. It appears to be a steep markdown from it’s normally listed for, but I can’t say for sure. I didn’t look at it before Black Friday deals started popping up, so no clue if it’s one of those artificially marked up ones that now show a “deep discount”.

Amazon also has something similar if you want the same thing with Alexa built in (no thanks for me).

OLED TVs are an absolute game changer. Aside from not getting as bright as LED they’re absolutely worth their weight in Gold.

I am considering adding a 42 Inch LG OLED for the bedroom. I have a 65 Sony in the living room and it’s absolutely perfect for Films and football. The motion is so clear that sports on other TVs look very inferior

This is because OLED has an instant refresh rate. There is no ghosting or blur when the camera pans as Mahomes throws the ball. Even the “cheap” OLEDs dominate every other tv.

Can’t go wrong with one until Micro LED is the new standard (no burn in)
