All Things Video Games/Game Reviews Part II

Hey all, you know the deal...
The other thread hit over 1,000 posts and we have server issues when that shit happens so here she be, a fancy new mega thread.

Anyway, just a quick rundown.

Post anything and everything gaming in here. Console games, handheld/mobile games or PC.

Playing something you love or maybe hate? Find a hidden gem on Steam? Let us know via a review. Try to make sure you give a good rundown on it. Graphics, sound, storyline, overall gameplay and replayability. Let's keep it at a 1-10 scale.

Thanks to all that left me awesome rep comments/posts and even pm's thanking me for the many reviews I wrote.
Just an FYI, developers do read our comments in here I guess. CD Projekt Red (of Witcher 3) was one that stopped by.

Anyway, thanks all for your input and as always, no griefing.

I see shit like people jumping around a corner and immediately taking me out when I'm in a really weird spot. I use ghost as a perk and there was no advanced UAV so no way he could've known where I was other than having some weird aimbot. Like within 2 milliseconds of him appearing, I was shot in the head. I see weird suspect shit like that too often.

A popular mod is called wallhacking. It essential targets your opponents so you can see them through walls. They can see you running around the corner, and just camp and wait like a no talent douche.

D4 I'll definitely get, **** it

I'm kinda looking forward to company of heroes 3 to get on PS5, it's supposed to sometime this year, there's not anything for RTS on playstation and I'm kinda looking forward to that.

I wish sons of the forest was on console, it probably will be in like a year..

Sounds similar to a money play from a Madden I played roughly 8-10 years ago.

You'd line up in a 2 TE set, one on each side of the formation, and have them both run seams. Against most coverages, one of them would be wide open. Even if you usered the MLB, they could often throw the ball to the TE's inside or outside shoulder to have a chance to complete the pass.

I had been playing online for a while so I was used to it. I loaded into a match and this douchebag had his mic on. He must have had his friend there with him. First play, he runs the money play. I INT it, of course. He's like "Oh.. this guy's good." (I wasn't)

Anyway, I got on the mic and told him I've seen that play a ton and that he should just try something else. He didn't. Just kept trying to cheese it for another quarter, got nowhere, then rage quit.

Picked up Madden again after basically taking the last 15 years off from the Franchise.

IDK man....maybe i didn't give a shit as much as a kid, but all of a sudden i kinda hate this game.

Why is the defensive AI so ****ing stupid?

I think i had enough this weekend when, with 1:30 left in the game, Kyler Murray ran the ball 4 straight times for about 75 yards and the go ahead TD while my defense literally moved out of his way and/or just watched while standing there like a dumbass. A DB is a yard deep in the endzone and just watches Murray run 10 yards into the endzone w/o even moving.

So in my new, sudden disdain for Madden, i downloaded Resident Evil 7 from PS+.

Big horror fan here, especially horror games though i never finish them because they're too ****ing stressful.

This game looks AMAZING. Only played an hour of it before getting too stressed out, haha.

I know the feeling. I've been one hour into The Last of Us for about 5 years now.

I decided to save myself $20 and NOT buy the Resident Evil 2 remake and instead watch the game movie on YouTube. Looks awesome and true to the original but I made a good choice because I was stressed just watching.

It's pretty good. I've gone through it several times. The only thing I don't like about it is I got tired of the poop monsters. Nothing but poop monsters. As tired as I got of zombies, dogs, lickers, and headhunters from the OG series, they're much better than poop monsters.
