#1: How old is "older"? We talking mid 30s older? Early 40s older? 60s older? Big difference.

#2: If he's studying HVAC, he's a good dating candidate: his specialty is knowing how to fine-tune hot and cold, how to keep the pipes open and the fluids flowing, and how to turn equipment off and on.

I'd guess 50's. Mid 30's is not old. I'm 33.
