That's what I thought but Dana just said to Ariel (Ariel's twitter)"Ariel Helwani @arielhelwani
Dana says, from what I understand, Cain and Cormier would fight each other. They have never told him personally otherwise." So who knows, he does a pretty good job at those "I won't fight" scenarios. |

Yeah if it just taxes x-amount of dollars then give it to him. I think its stupid with these guys who are at the top but decide they won't fight friends even if its ur divison/title. Before you get that far you should be smart enough to prepare yourself for that.

Just watched the Overeem/Silva fight.
Ubereem looked exceptionally sharp w/ great head movement in R1 and Silva looked timid (as he should have, he wasn't landing anything and was getting countered like crazy) R2 Ubereem begins to get cocky, Silva begins to land more, builds up his confidence a bit, especially at the end of the round R3 Something nobody IIRC talked about but should is the inadvertent headbutt right at the beginning of R3. They collide heads and IMO this was the main reason Uberroid got rocked. Happy Silva got the win but JFC, this is going to be scrutinized like crazy when people realize Alistair was initially rocked from a headbutt.

Dana's pissed because Randy found a way out of his contract legally for more money.
Dana had a shitty ****ing week. Overeem losing, Rashad losing, Randy leaving. I don't feel bad for him though.

I think Edgar losing hurts ratings also as he has a huge Northeast following.

I think it's probably the same as Europe - it's just shown on regular TV with commercials between rounds. I think PPV is strictly an American (and Canadian?) thing. Could be wrong, though.
