So it begins..Browns might take Trubisky 1st overall?

Adam Schefter

Just had an NFL exec tell me, "Don't be surprised if Myles Garrett isn't the No. 1 pick." Exec convinced a QB is in discussion at No. 1.

Trubisky, Watson and Mahomes will all be gone by pick 13.

We tried sucking it out. We did it. We got the #1 overall pick. And the franchise still couldn't get it right.

What makes you think they're going to nail 2018 the way they're supposed to? What makes you think they're capable of crafting a cunning QB plan a full year away when they're still looking to "make the best of a bad situation" from all the way back in 2013?
Don't bring up the Fisher pick. Nothing KC could do about that draft unless you prognosticated Ansah, Trufant, Hopkins or Rhodes at #1 overall.
Half of thosee first rounders are rotational players or out of the league now.

Chiefs will draft a qb this year. Maybe next year too.

Kevare Russell and now Deshone Kizer. It will end a rough couple of drafts for you.

True, but Pestilence isn't responsible for the output of NFL talent from his favorite college team any more than other college fans are responsible for theirs.

Go make fun of an Ohio State fan that Urban Meyer can't produce an NFL QB to save his life. I'm not sure they're really going to care that much.

It's not like the guy goes full homer and constantly defends Notre Dame players who don't make it in the league. Hell, even when the shit about Manti Te'o came out, he basically said, "That dude is dead to me, just like his fake girlfriend."

No. If we draft Mahomes or any other QB they'll get a fair shake from me.

But of course, they'll inevitably be compared to the 2018 QB class down the line...
