Exactly and it's possibly why they were hesitant to make a move before the JuJu injury. The JuJu injury might've been a blessing in disguise, because it's possible that they always felt good about Brown coming back but the injury forced their hand.

Meaning we can also load manage these guys and win a little ugly for a while on a more favorable schedule. Because while I don’t want our bread and butter to be 13/14 personnel, it is a great tool to keep our bodies fresh for the games that really start to matter

They weren't/aren't moving a first or second day pick for a rental. They aren't in a spot like the Bills where they have pressure to win now, they've got an infinite amount of rope to hang themselves with.

listening to NFL radio on XM, the dude (played with Hopkins, not sure who he was) and he said Hopkins was worth like 10 points a game. Like even if he's half that that would mean the Chiefs are scoring an average of 32 points per game and allowing 17
