All Things Video Games/Game Reviews Part II

Hey all, you know the deal...
The other thread hit over 1,000 posts and we have server issues when that shit happens so here she be, a fancy new mega thread.

Anyway, just a quick rundown.

Post anything and everything gaming in here. Console games, handheld/mobile games or PC.

Playing something you love or maybe hate? Find a hidden gem on Steam? Let us know via a review. Try to make sure you give a good rundown on it. Graphics, sound, storyline, overall gameplay and replayability. Let's keep it at a 1-10 scale.

Thanks to all that left me awesome rep comments/posts and even pm's thanking me for the many reviews I wrote.
Just an FYI, developers do read our comments in here I guess. CD Projekt Red (of Witcher 3) was one that stopped by.

Anyway, thanks all for your input and as always, no griefing.

How is it? Also Detoxing I'm playing GTA V right now too, LOL. Always good for a revisit.

I think I mentioned this before. But just in case, the RTX remaster of Quake 2 on Steam is a really good time as well. That was an incredible game back in the day. I recently replayed that in the RTX campaign. So many memories. I was absolutely shocked when I went into the Multiplayer section, and found tons of active servers full of players. 25 year old game, and the servers were rocking. I totally sucked at it, but it was a fun blast from the past.

It's fun, high quality game.

I've been playing GTA V since its release on PS3. When the PC version came out, i switched to that but i never merged accounts and I started over.

I'm up to over 160+ cars and i own all of the major business content. Gun Running, Coke/Meth/Counterfit Cash, Air Cargo Smuggling, Special Cargo, Nightclub, Arcade, Casino, Auto Shop, Cayo Perico etc.

I pretty much just grind Cash when Rockstar has special $$$ events and then just use that money to buy and customize cars, mostly only buying cars when they go on discount. It's literally all i do in the game, lol.

If you need help money grinding etc, let me know. I can get you paid relatively quickly.

I was the same as you for a couple years. I was in a grind crew and made $700 million, owned everything and loved racing cars. Just moved on eventually and played other games. I'll pop back in and try the new DLC stuff but nothing grabs me.

This new GTA+ crap makes me not want to play again and worries me about GTA6.

Take your time and explore. I ended up kicking off the final battle way before I ever expected the final battle, and it really caught me by surprise. It was kind of a bummer, because I was expecting to level up another 10 levels or so before ever seeing the end.

Great game though.

Yeah, I'm a meticulous completionist. Even in the first area, I took the time to explore all the alternate paths and open all the chests...

Really? That was kind of hard to just stumble upon. IIRC it even tells you you're hitting the point of no return.

Yeah, it's my own stupid fault. I heard the warning about it being a big battle and make sure I'm prepared. But I was only level 5 and hadn't even been to several of the other worlds yet. I didn't think it was the actual endgame battle I thought it was just going to be a big important battle. I guess I didn't think it would let me progress to the endgame that quickly for some reason. Dumb decision.

I'm going to try and do the replay thing and do the story again while retaining my stuff, then focus on exploring.

I'm not enjoying some of the puzzles and gating. It feels a lot like previous GoW games which is both good and bad for me.
