Uugh! I hate technology! Which brings me to my 'thought' Left early Sat morning to camp at a ranch about 30 miles from the nearest road, which was about 40 miles from the nearest 'town'. Had an absolute wonderful time! Was able to teach the daughter and wife to shoot, fish. We were able to hike, bike ride and swim without anyone else being around. There was no electricity, no water, and no cell phone service.

We relied completely on how well I packed for the trip. I woke up las night at 2:00 am, and walked outside, and heard absolutely nothing! It was the most relaxing one day trip I can remember!

My typical day for breakfast I usually wake up around 5:00am and eat 8-12 scrambled eggs with lots of butter and maybe even 1 lb steak in the morning if I feel like it. I'll then go do a workout(I have a very well equiped gym in my basement) and then go back to my kitchen and maybe eat the same thing again.

I work during the day and I'm not a big fan of eating while I'm working because I see it as a distraction, so I choose to just not eat during the day. When I get home from work, I'll just eat whatever I feel like. It could be a 2 lb steak with 6 scrambled eggs with it or just 12 scrambled eggs in general. Eggs are very cheap and should be eaten in an unlimiteed amount.

One thing that I do is put butter or tallow on everything, even my steaks. The extra fat tastes awesome. I have mentioned this before, but I firmly believe that the rising cancer rates (mainly breast cancer in woman) is do to a lack of animal fat in one's diet. Most woman gag at the thought of fat. A breast in mainly animal fat and if it doesn't get fat-soluble vitamins then it is prone to cancer. The same thing (prostate, colon cancer) in men

Good Grass-fed is superior to grain-fed tastewise. The best meat I've ever had to this day was the tropical paddock grass-fed in Austrailia. Those guys have it good over there.

However, REAL 100% grass fed beef is hard to find here in the US and if you can find it, it will be about twice as expensive as grain-fed. Local farmers are the best source. There is a lot of fraud in the "grass-fed" beef industry though....I would not trust any grass-fed beef that is in any of these "Organic" supermarkets. All beef is "grass-fed" at the beginning of their life and given grains later if the farmer wants them to be fatter, so every cow in the US could be described as "grass-fed". Grain fattened beef can supply a lot more beef than a 100% grass-fed cow can. Also, the fat and marbling is better in grain-fed beef. I eat all grain-fed beef right now other than when I slaughter a cow of my own which I feed only grass and alfalfa hay(my own little hobby). The grass-fed beef fraud right now is the same thing as the "free-range, cage free" chicken eggs. They are scams to jack up the prices and make more money. Buy regular meat and regular eggs and save your money to buy more food with it. All meat and eggs are "organic".

There are no "antibiotics" injected into any meat animal prior to slaughter, and there are no "toxins" in the meat. Meat is the ONLY food wholly without anything toxic in it, unlike vegetables which universally have various more or less toxic chemicals in them as defenses against being eaten.

I would recomend buying good grain-fed from a wholesaler like Costco or Sam's Club. They sell big cryovac'd slabs(usually 12-16 pounds) of NY strip and Ribeye for very good prices. Cut open the end of the the bag and cut off a piece of the meat that you want to eat, then just roll of up the end of the bag and seal it with a clothes pin. The last piece of meat you eat will taste better than the first piece. Cryovac'd meat keeps very well. I've had a sealed slab NY strip in my fridge for 4 months before I ate it and it was still very delicious. I never freeze anything, it greatly diminishes the quality of the meat.

1. I've yet to meat a vegetarian over the age of 50 that doesn't need medication for digestion. Not to mention they all look horrible for their age with obvious deficiencies.
Ex. look at Linda and Paul Mccartney. Osteoperosis and breast cancer are also very common in vegetarian woman. Do your studies tell you that?

2. All food is something living. Whether you eat an animal or a plant it is the samelevel of awareness that must be extinguished in order for you t be nourished. Anthropocentric philosophical bias towards more similar animal life is a rejection of the value of consciousness of plants.

Method: There are two phases of the Donaldson Diet: One - stay on the strict diet until target weight is reached. After that - add certain previously prohibited foods into the diet (potato, salt, peas, grapefruit). If the weight stays at target, the cure is complete, but the patient still has to remain on the revised diet indefinitely. If weight rises, then the cure is not complete, and the strict diet must be re-adopted till it is. Donaldson did sometimes permit experimentation, by introducing one new food item at a time for a few days, to measure the body's tolerance of it, and assess whether it could be safely added to the diet.


Minimum diet: One Porterhouse Steak three times a day, of which the cooked weight was 6 ounces lean meat and 2 ounces fat. There was no upper limit, and patients were encouraged to eat as much more permitted food as they liked. The type of meat was varied, but the cooked weights remained the same. Half a cup of black, sugarless coffee was taken at each meal, with an additional 6 tumblers of water daily between meals.

Dr Donaldson treated 15,000 obese patients with his diet, and quoted a success rate of 70%. This was not because the diet was unsuccessful in 30% of cases, but because 30% of his patients were unable to continue with the diet to its conclusion. He called his book "Strong Medicine" precisely because he knew his diet required willpower and dedication, and he knew from the experience with his patients that not everyone is up to it.

Here are the rules...

You don't need recipes, the food is too simple.

Only cook your food rare, eat plenty of fat, no salt, drink water.

SEVEN SIMPLE RULES FOR THE HUMAN CARNIVORE

1) Eat only from the animal world (eggs, fish, red meat and fowl and some dairy are all animal sourced foods, i.e.: meat).

2) Eat nothing from the vegetable world whatsoever. (Very small amounts of flavourings such as garlic/chillies/spices/herbs which may be added, are not 'food').

3) On diary: avoid milk and yoghurt (heavy carbs- lactose), use only pure (not 'thickened'- heavy) cream (read the label), cheese and unsalted butter.

4) Don't cook your meat very much- just a little bit on the outside- for flavour- blood-rare or bleu. For this reason I advise against eating pork.

5) Eat liver and brains only very infrequently- they are full of carbs.

6) Be sure to have plenty of fat of animal origin at each meal and eat mostly of the fat until you feel you have had enough- you can eat more lean at this point if you like- calories are not important, nor
is the number of meals/day. Vegetable oils are not good food.

7) You do not need any supplements of any kind. Drink a lot of water and do not add salt to anything.

That is all there is to it.
