Keenum was 12th in TD% and had a higher TD% than Drew Brees, Matt Ryan, Derek Carr, Cam Newton, Dak Prescott, Jameis Winston, and Joe Flacco.

The top of the draft is really freaking good. Once you get outside of the top 10 or so picks there isn't much separation between guys.

Bullshit and that's why Denver is trying to trade down. Very little ELITE talent. Lots of solid guys (but you will still draft the wrong ones in a deep class)
