OP UPDATE:

Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy!

It is and I agree. He's a 23 year old kid, thrust into the National spotlight. Imagine yourself being put on the spot with multiple microphones pushed in your face on a near constant basis. He's handling himself just fine. If anything, it shows ambition.

I still remember Skip Bayless claiming that Mahomes threw 64 interceptions in college.

You have to understand, they NEED this. Mahomes is unfairly good, and they know it. At this point they have to rely on him just not trying.

Shannon I'm cool with but Skip is a total douche. He will say it's sunny out when it's pouring rain.. just because he has to be "different" from everyone else. Sensationalist opinions draw viewers.

What struck me was his mocking the practice of left hand and no look passes.

For Skip to say such a humble guy like Mahomes is "full of himself" is ridiculous.

Shows that he threatened that Mahomes will be knocking of Brady as the Goat.

Good point by Broussard. Every time last year when Mahomes played the same team twice, he played better against said team the second time.

“Teams have film on him!”

Uh yeah but Pat has looked at the same film too and he’s going to be even better.

Andy Reid comes into play here too. He was keeping defenses confused every year with Alex Smith.

According to fat Brooke’s article (read the re-post on AP), Pat is the only QB that Andy has used every card for his play designs. So basically anything and everything is available for Pat bc he’s got the arm, legs and IQ to do it.

Buckle up gentlemen. There’s gonna be a lot of new shit that Andy is gonna throw out there. I’m sure Sean McVay and everyone else will copy that shit by week 3.

It was annoying last year when the media started calling McVay some type of brilliant play designer, when he was CLEARLY copying Reid. There was one Jet Sweep play in particular that I remember. Everybody rushed to gobble McVay's knob, it was totally clear, to me at least, it was copied from Reid.
