What about Reese's game is at all entertaining? The 10 foot set shot? Just not seeing her being a draw in 2_3years.

It’s not and that’s not a knock on her. She does a really good job of building her brand. It fits well with the current wnba brand of tough physical players. But it’s just clunky to the majority of the country who are not wnba loyalists. players like Caitlin, juju and Paige are way silkier.

It's deeper than just her game. She built a huge following after the Clark situation and it's followed her to the wnba. And yes she's not as exciting as Clark but beauty can also be found In great defense and rebounding. She's also a warrior on the floor and has been trying to build her offensive skills by hitting a midrange jumpers here and there as the season has progressed.

People want to see highlight reels. You have to understand that. And that’s largely missing from the wnba and that’s why clark has created excitement. Dante hall is not a hall of famer but people would way rather watch him run a few highlights than watch creed Humphrey block. People would rather watch Jason Williams kings highlights than Tim Duncan, who is a hall of famer. There are a million and a half physical wnba players with an awkward shot who have similar games to angel. She has however done a great building her brand, no denying thaf.

Would anyone have a clue who she is if not for Clark? We will see if the league continues to grow around players other than Clark. I mean the league is over 20 years old and this might be the first year that they make a profit without being sustained by the NBA.

Nobody watched the Jordan era Bulls because of Rodman.

I think it's amazing when you look at how the WNBA is treating Clark vs how the NBA treated it's stars. It seems like there is a severe case of vitriol by the league against her vs realizing what she is doing for the league. She is elevating the popularity of the sport and all of the league is benefitting from it.

They have a built in story line that they could run with a Clark/Reese rivalry, similar to the Magic/Bird era. That rivalry worked wonders for the NBA and this could as well for the WNBA if they would just embrace it.

It’s awesome and totally fitting that these racist carpet-munchers are going to destroy the best thing to ever happen to this abomination of a league. Good riddance.

Just like the nba there's Steph but then there's Giannis and then there's Luka and Embiid etc. There should be room for all kind of players. One of the best players I've seen in the nba over the last ten years is Kawhi. Was he as exciting as Kyrie? No. But his incredible defense coupled with his wonderful ability to find space mid or long range to get a bucket consistently was thrilling to me. All types of styles should be allowed to thrive in the wnba. Hell I even love watching Cardoso dominate the boards on both ends of the floor aswell.

Clark and Rees will be playing three more times this season and the ratings should be great just like Saturday's game was.

This is what the WNBA needs as there has never been a potential rivalry like this in their history.

Because of his off court antics. No one tuned into watch the Bulls play because of him. He wasn't popular because he rebounded well and played good defense.

Paige and Juju going into the league over the next two years will elevate things even more cause both are arguably more talented than Clark. Paige might actually be playing alongside Clark if the lottery goes Indiana's way again which would be crazy. Then in three or four years time Kaleena Smith, who is a prodigy and has Clark's range from three plus Kyrie like handles, should be going into the league too. So there is gonna be major talent across the league which would create a lot of excitement

Bitches be catty. The dykes in the WNBA do not like a cock gobbler like Caitlyn getting all the attention. It's too bad because without Clark the WNBA might as well fold up shop. It hasn't been profitable in 20 years and now that they have a path to profitability, the players are happy to ruin it because it's not some ****ing darker skinned rug muncher drawing the bigger crowds. Dumb bitches abound in the league. Just look at that bugeyed bitch Reese as an example.
