An empty uniform that runs 4.4 is still an empty uniform.

The 'deep threat' that can't catch isn't anything that moves the needle, in my opinion. We have Worthy and Hardman to run those routes, and Worthy can actually catch and track the ball.

Slayton, maybe. Diontae, sure.

MMDV.

But I understand your stance.

I think they're looking to do SOMETHING, I just doubt it's a blockbuster type deal.

Skyy Moore got 33 snaps despite them playing extra TEs as much as possible, that's 33 plays where the Chiefs essentially had 4 eligible receivers. You cannot say they do not need a productive body.

Yeah, like I said awhile back, I don’t think Veach is going to make it happen. Im just vaguely hoping I’m proved wrong.

“Teams won’t deal with the chiefs”

They’ve made trades at the last 2 deadlines

Maybe 3?

If the Bills outbid them then we didn't try very hard. As the Bills gave up what less than a 3rd rounder.

So theoretically we could of gotten him for our 3rd straight up.

If we don't have a trade in place and are just sitting on our hands. That is a huge mistake.

If you're a team that's going to sell, you aren't worried about the Chiefs. Hell, I'd argue you're better off helping the Chiefs get better this year while taking a hit long term losing the draft pick.

The teams selling at the deadline are not the same teams that don't want to deal with the Chiefs. That's more of a draft day problem. Carolina doesn't give a shit who wins the AFC.

Good news is Diontae and Slayton both play in the NFC

I might be in the minority but Cooper doesn’t seem like a good fit here. So it’s all good. Really hoping Veach get someone though.

Bills gave up a 3rd rounder for a 30 year old rental. That's not Veach's philosophy and rightly so. He's not Jerry Rice fgs

Any other year I think it's at least possible that they don't make a move, but they're not going to let this be the difference between a 3peat.

I don't know who it will be, but it will be somebody.
