The Browns are talking like Barkley is a game changing RB. I don't think the #1 pick is for sale and the hypotheticals are pointless.

I'm predicting that Elway ultimately pisses down his own leg and trades for Foles or signs Case Keenum. Another swing and a miss at QB in the first round and he's fired.

If you're trading up to #1, you can kiss at least your 2nd and 3rds goodbye. Even if Henderson and Butt pan out, that's only 2 players. Elway is as bad at drafting offense as Dorsey was at drafting defense here.

I’d rather see Denver make a move for Tyrod Taylor at this point, trade Talib and a 2018 #2 and a 2019 #2 for the 2018 #4.

Won’t happen, but not impossible to work out. As long as we are throwing things at the wall. Hell, send Trevor or Lynch and a 6 to BUF for TT.

It does appear he wants the highest bidder... he might get mid 30s and all 3 years guaranteed. Take it if you can get it.

It's in the Broncos best interest to not go for that. They need something that's a long term thing.

True... Cousins, IMO is the long-term answer, but he's going to price himself out of their range. Keenum? Meh. Case, Tyrod, Foles... they're all short term, question is how much different are they really and who is worth the extra $.

I'm just not convinced that the QB class is all that.. and I could be wrong, for sure. I don't like Mayfield's attitude and think he's more problem than benefit. I don't know enough about Darnold or Rosen, but most mocks don't have them there at 5. And, I do not want Denver moving up from 5 to 1.

The issue with Cousins is you'll need to pay him around 35 a year after the next 3 years if his play doesn't dip. I don't think it's a realistic plan.

I feel the Colts will be desperate to move down once they strike out on Barkley, so the Broncos could land a quality option without spending too much to jump to 3.

My gut feeling is they end up signing Case Keenum.
