Yeah, probably just shock jock radio, but Stokely seemed fairly passionate in his hypothetical...

It made me laugh, considering Von is your best player by miles and miles, but I couldn't really refute his argument considering the current state of your team, and the potential cap savings to accommodate a Cousins cap hit...

But yeah it would be a reeruned move, you don't ship off players like Von...

All of this still begs the question, are the broncos better off throwing $ at cousins and trying for one last hurrah before the window closes COMPLETELY shut after next year, or do they have the wherewithal to begin the rebuild now?

Actually...it's pretty intuitive. Miller has already returned on his investment. Donks won a SB with him but are now in full rebuild...whether Horseface wants to admit it or not. They are picking #5 over-all and have no QB.

Von is what KC was hoping Houston would be...JH is still a great player but he's not worth his contract.

Donkos should shed financial weight...and start over. They are a few years from the post season anyways. Draft a QB and go from there. Cousins isn't doing shit other then appeasing the fan's immediate gratification and massaging Eltwat's ego.
