The 49ers have a lot of weapons though. It's hard to cover everyone. We've basically shut down Kittle, Ayuk, and Samuel. Someone has to go off.

The Chiefs lack weapons at WR. Shut down Kelce and we're basically screwed.

Meh. Mahomes could leave the pocket sooner. It's not preferred, but hero ball is a legitimate option. The key is to have productive first down with at least 5 yards gained. Pacheco isn't getting that, so we can't lean on the run.
