LOL, it's not all or nothing. Most of his plays were made because of good coverage specifically when Mcduffie returned. He legit owned Seattle's line today. Let's not put George int he HOF yet until he becomes consistent

With Chris Jones being triple teamed, and some touting in this very thread that he's Justin Smith 2.0 after a good pre-season yeah I thought we were going to see what Frank Clark should've been.

But peaks and valleys. If KC had drafted who he wanted and that player was playing like George he would be ecstatic. This is about him not liking a guy and and being overly critical.

He’s been pretty good. Not a world-beater but a solid addition.

He’s only 21 years old and has gotten progressively better and better. Really expect him to be a finished product when he’s 23 but I’m really happy with what we’ve gotten from him so far

Because you said there's been no "huge or obvious growth" throughout the season and he has 4 sacks in his last 5 games.

How do you square that statement with this sudden uptick in production during his rookie campaign?

I love the energy this kid brings to the defense. Another off-season lifting program and he will be a Beast next year.

4 sacks in the last 5 games. 5 QB hits 4 TFLs.

That’s a trend, not one game.

As I said it occurred when Mcduffie returned and plastering WRs getting coverage sacks.

This was his 1st honest good game in the regular season when he beat his guys 1 on 1 without being a step late or whiffing.

Mcduffie is the unsung hero here.
