Stidham is playing well today against a though 49ers defense. (As of 4 minutes left to play in the 4th quarter)

Regardless of how the game Monday night between the Bills and Bengals goes, we need a win.

So if they franchise him he costs 1.5 million more than the 5th year option would have. They are already spending over 100 million on the offense unless they can get out from under Carr completely.

You are seriously underestimating the KCC ability to play to the level of our opponents. We could beat a team that hasn't lost in 3 years in one week and get blown out by a team that hasn't won in 3 years the next.
