I know Zac Taylor is known for slow starts, but this one feels different.

It's different because Burrow can't play like Burrow yet. Last year he just needed a couple games to knock off the rust. This year it's going to be a few weeks, and providing he doesn't do damage to the calf, it will gradually heal, even while playing.

I'm not worried until they're mathmatically eliminated from the playoffs.

Bills fans get torn down because after the Bills run up the score against mostly bad teams, fans use those stats to prop up Allen, their defense, etc; and act like beating even playoff teams in Sept/Oct has everything to do with later in the season and the playoffs. They're ****ing reeruns.

And yeah, of course we're going to give you shit after every loss.... we know just as much as any playoff contender that it doesn't really matter, even though of course if it goes on long enough it can be cause of concern (like the 2021 Chiefs offense).

Calf or no that offensive line is gonna get Burrow killed playing like they currently are. Perhaps they just need to gel, but they are not good right now and the current prospects don’t look promising.

Whether they sit Burrow or not, the results with what they have backing up, will be the same. At least he won't need to knock off any rust when the calf heals.
