I think we'll be okay for the next 2 years.

Toney is still cheap as hell for 2024, Skyy seems like a decent starting contributor, Rice has massive potential, Ross seems like a he could be a decent contributor and Watson is better than people think.

I really think the problem is at TE. Use a high asset next year and really round out that room bc we all know a TE in Andy's offense is just a big receiver

DJ Moore.

Been my guy for a couple years now and I think he'd be perfect in this offense.

Rice way more fits the mold of consistent contributor. It’ll take a while to master his craft but I think he’s shown he’s actually quite a way along to at least being a better version of juju. I think he has a way more complete skill set to run any route and an advanced understanding of finding soft spots in the zone. It’s those “feel” things I just don’t see as much of in some our other WRs.

I’ve been plenty critical of these WRs but I think we’re in a spot where if we keep developing rashee, he can be “the guy” and everyone else plays a great support role off him and kelce. Id rather center the offense around him sooner vs later.
Was saying the same re Rice replacing JJSS with upside. More reps for him there and I think we look good. If Moore is 15% better than last year I think that's enough to round things out. Toney is a wildcard bonus. Ross I dunno, think it's partly about figuring out his role but it's also possible he doesn't contribute much. Still think he should be the Fortson red zone replacement.

Everyone was talking about the Cardinals getting picks 1 and 2 - hell, what about the Bears?

The Cardinals have their pick and the Texans; both teams are 1-2. The Bears have their pick and the Panthers - both teams are 0-3. And both teams look just as bad as Arizona or Houston. In fact both might look worse (seriously, HOW did Carolina think Bryce Young was a good idea????)

The Bears rolling out Williams, Harrison Jr and DJ Moore next season would just be a hilarious juxtaposition from where they are this season.

Yea, it's a very real possibility that the Bears get the Williams/Harrison Jr. package that everybody was saying the Cardinals were going to or should get.

I'd consider them immediate favorites in the NFC North.

Detroit isn't real - I don't care if they win 17 games this season. I refuse to consider the possibility that their mongoloid HC is legit. And they're Detroit - they'll Detroit it up. They're the NFC version of the Jets. Nothing ever goes right for them and it won't this time either.

They'll enter the offseason with a STAGGERING $100+ million in cap space. They're already at $95 million and they'll end up cutting Eddie Jackson and Cody Whitehair to clear another $20 million or so.

Figure they'll throw most of that at their OL and DL. Suddenly a tag/trade for Chris Jones would make a ridiculous amount of sense for them.

That team goes from a possible 2-15 sort of shitshow to a real shot at winning double digit games.

My guess is they were slow rolling him due to the injury. Then things escalated quickly and there was no reason to run him out there.
