At this point, I think it would take the Chiefs finishing 0-2 and Mahomes throwing 5-6 picks for him to lose it. He's that far ahead and rightfully so. The only reason the NFL talking heads are throwing out other names is to create discussion for ratings.

With the interior line injuries, Watson injury and Hunt's departure, Brees probably has an advantage offensively. Mahomes is the greatest QB of all time. Period. Marino, Warner, Brady, Manning are crap compared to him, and that will be proven over his career. Those guys had as much mobility as wooden indians, incomplete QB's
