Trade whatever possible for a LT prospect
I don’t care. If there’s a LT in this draft that they feel can be a good quality LT, do it.

I don’t care if it would cost three 1st rd picks. Mahomes is not gonna be this athletic for much longer.

It needs to happen

Yea, I don't think the Chiefs feel like that is a good financial investment.

No but they've backed themselves into a corner with failing to adequately address LT to this point, can't have a revolving door at the position every year. Allowing Mahomes to get beat to shit behind the most expensive OL in the NFL isn't a good investment either if he gets injured.

It's gonna be another bandaid year, the fact that they tagged Trey Smith is all you need to know what they think about the LT market. If they were willing to pay any of those guys Smith isn't tagged.

If you solve LT by packaging several picks to move up, then please do so.

The problem is that (in this draft especially) there is no sure thing. Package those picks and draft a guy who doesn’t turn out to be good? That’s devastating for the team.

I think most agree that there isn’t a Joe Thomas in this draft class. Someone will be good, but it isn’t super obvious this year who that is.

If you make that type of move up, you HAVE TO be right. That pick absolutely cannot miss.

The Chiefs are also a team that has certain marks they want met, like arm length and this year it appears all the dudes don't meet the Chiefs criteria.

Mecca is right....we're going to FA the LT spot this year and reassess in '26.
