The Chiefs are only going to have 4 draft picks next year and are projected to be $5M over the 2018 salary cap. Yes, KC can cut some guys to make some room, but they don't have the depth to replace the guys they cut and the FA class is garbage.
KC is going to have a down year next year. |

Misleading. The turnovers and ineptitude of our offense and our ST's made it look worse than it was. Denver was top 5 in passing, rushing, and total yards allowed.

And if we trade Alex, we'll have at least an extra 2nd rounder to possibly move into the 1st if we so choose. |

You lost 4 games by more than 20 points. That's horrible D, no matter how many times you try to twist it.

I'm glad you cleared that up. I could've sworn I saw your starting OL play and give up 5 sacks. Thought I saw Delirious Thomas catch a pass or two also. Some guy looked like Von Miller on a couple plays too. Maybe I was drunk???
Sadly, Justin Houston, Marcus Peters, Ragland, DJ, and Bennie Logan didn't get a single tackle all game.

Yeah, ok.
You still need a better OLB opposite *Houston. Who are you going to bring in? Who are you going to replace DJ with? KPL is a UFA and finished the year with a grade of 48. Are you going to re-sign him? Alex was a top-5 QB this year. Do you honestly think Reid is going to want to get rid of him? And if he does, you can expect a pretty decent drop-off when you switch to Mahomes next year. You also need to re-sign/replace Bennie Logan, Wilson, Colquitt, Sherman, and Fulton. And remember Peters is going to earn $10M+ in 2019 and you still need to save some money for Hill. The Chiefs are in a tough spot. Last edited by Quesadilla Joe; 01-01-2018 at 02:36 PM..
