That looks damn good!
I like the crispy topping. Too many things today are served undercooked and mushy; cookies and pies, pizza, french fries just to name a few.

I don't know what gac sauce is. Unless you mean "guac" sauce. If the latter, I'm fine with it as long as there's little to no cilantro in it. Mexican isn't my favorite; I have nothing against it, per se, I just have to be in the right mood for it. Why the sudden interest in what I like or don't like? I've never purported to be some chef with an amazing palate. I'm pretty open about being very adventurous, but picky (I often say I'm a paradox like that: I'll try just about anything, but there's a decent chance I won't like it). |

This will make maybe twice what you would need for single serving pies using the crust recipe I posted. Put the Rosemary in cheese cloth or it the sprigs will lose their leaves. I picked the excess fat out of the beef ribs with my fingers when they were done cooking. |

Totally cheap but perfectly awesome tonight
One bag of frozen chicken breasts thawed and sliced into strips Beer batter Fry Huy Fong sriracha Win Add in some nukeable premade Bob Evans mac n cheese for the sake of ease, and you've got an awesome saturday night supper... not to mention a ton of leftovers that you dont have to muck around with for the next few days Just reheat in the oven and they're as crispy as fresh fried |

Leftover lasagna from this afternoon. My in laws make two different types of lasagna. Pretty basic and good enough. One of them uses ricotta and the other solely uses cottage cheese. I'm not a fan of the cottage cheese one, but her whole family prefers it.
They're also weirdos that put butter on their sandwiches. Tuna, ham, whatever. Gets butter spread first. |
