If taken properly and not abused it is very safe. It does not build muscle like roids but does help your body recover and repair much quicker.

Either way, Welker needs to sit... I'm fine with him coming back for week 3, but given the defense, it's likely best that he sits his noggin out of that game too.

He has a four game suspension. I know it is possible Welker could be back sooner but that is only if the NFL was able to get the rule put him changed. That's also contingent on the NFL retroactively shortening his suspension.

This is so stupid. I he wasn't on the Dung-keys, and they weren't trying to gift wrap him a SB he would have to serve his full suspension as he did it before the rule changed. I don't know how a Dung-keys fan can even be proud if they happen to win a SB this year. Oh wait yes I do.... Cuz they're Dung-keys fans!!
