Smoked bologna, first a layer of mustard then a layer of Jack Stack bbq sauce, then a generous rub with Meat Church’s Holy Cow. On to the Traeger, using hickory pellets, 2 hrs at 225’ then 30 minutes at 325’.

Cooking a 3.2 lb corned beef that was 60% off. Bought 3/4 pound Boar's Head imported swiss, a loaf of Jewish rye with carraway seeds, a jar of pickles, 2 oil cans of Fosters Premium beer, deli mustard.

Sandwiches in an hour!

Yes, we had corned beef and cabbage for SPD. Had to adjust the recipe, as i misread how long I'd have to braise it, but it still came out pretty good. So good that I bought a couple more today on sale so i can make some ruebens and corned beef hash next week.

Chicken, pork, shrimp with bean sprouts, carrot, peas and onion in a seasoned rice mix... but damn man, it used to be $8 and change and now its $11 and change
