Nothing wild or difficult but really been enjoying salmon lately. I think I like the Old Bay seasoning...so simple to put together. Add in some avocado put it on race or ramen. Plate it with something else you have around like eggs in this case.

I like Chef Paul Prudhomme's Seafood Magic on Salmon or for that matter a mix PSM and Old Bay works. PSM is damn good on any fish. All his seasonings are good.

I've been making these bastardized meals of multiple odds and ends into one giant meal for days.

This morning I made:
1 pound extra wide egg noodles cooked in beef broth and then added butter and Parmesan cheese. Used Chinese wan to scoop out noodles and add to large bowl to add butter and cheese.

Added two (15) oz packages of Hormel Beef Roast Au Jus that is tender and delicious. Microwaved and then cut into bite sized pieces. Dumped meat and broth into giant bowl.

Microwaved a bag each of Birdseye Steamfresh golden sweet corn and sweet peas. Seasoned w butter, salt and pepper then added to bowl.

Added 12 oz of Mung Bean sprouts to beef broth after removed noodles and cooked for 3-4 minutes. Then scooped out and added to bowl..

Combined all into one giant bowl and mixed.

****ing fantastic and incredibly delicious!

I've posted before that the wife has been making homemade sourdough for about 6 months now. Not sure why it took so long but today I suggested using my meat slicer to slice it down to sandwich bread thickness

So today she made a pesto and egg breakfast sandwich with parmesan and black pepper encrusted sourdough slices
