I bought a 10 pack of thin boneless pork chops that were discounted down to $7.49 and 3 extra thick 10oz top sirloin vacuum packed on sale at $7.49 each.
I cut the 3 sirloins lengthwise 3 times so I wound up with 9 thin cuts. I also bought a family size Premium Select Mac and cheese with prosciutto, mushroom, peas and Parmesan cheese. Add in a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc and I was all set. Everything came out perfect. I always tent the meat in a plastic, airtight container. Works great. My belly is full for the game. Here's the results.....
