Treated myself to an early birthday dinner from the best Mexican joint in town and scored some Texas Fajitas, one of my go-to orders there
Chicken Chorizo Steak Rice Beans Chips Salsa Extra queso Its two delicious, gutbusting meals for $23... but its that chorizo that really makes it a stand out I'll reheat it in the oven and tuck in later after a nice saturday night |

It was colder than the hubs of hell, so I stayed inside. I sous vide chicken breast, which is the best way to do it by a considerable margin. Roasted broccoli and an apple.
