OP UPDATE:

Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy!

Leads the league in lowest sack percentage

Remember certain fans trying to throw the O-Line under the bus?

Granted some of that is Mahomes being so mobile behind the LoS, but damn those guys have been playing like perennial probowlers. Even the reserves are coming in and doing a great job. I'm loving the attitude as well.

It’s the same OL that gave up a lot more sacks with Alex. The biggest difference now is Mahomes’ ability to feel pressure and get away from it. He has better instincts than Alex.

There were a couple of times last night I thought Mahomes was going to get killed from the backside pressure. He just casually stepped up and made the play.

Keep hearing people talk about Wentz and Mahomes in the same breath....my God it's not even close, wish they'd stop lol.

Wentz is a good QB don't get me wrong but he's in the same league as Mahomes and I'll die on that hill forever.

Watching that game against Carolina yesterday and how he shit the bed at the end I was like really?

Maybe Kansas City doesn’t realize that not every team can score points in Costco-sized bundles like they can. Or maybe they do realize the undeniable truth about the 2018 season: The NFL needs the Kansas City Chiefs. They are the greatest show in town for myriad reasons, and without them, we would still be wondering aloud if football was in a downward spiral. Watching them produces the same kind of visceral reaction one has to pummeling an opponent in Madden on rookie mode. The game is stretched to its outer limits merely for our entertainment. Most anything is possible.

Chrissy was rooting for the Bungles so hard. Early in the first quarter he said, "Bungles are going to have to play catch up for a little bit!" Yeah Chris, until the next time we play them.

Later he said, "Bungles defense needs a sack, an interception, a fumble, a stop....SOMETHING HERE!!" You could hear the desperation in his voice. He knew it was hopeless.

In fairness, they're always rooting for the score to remain somewhat close so they have something to talk about.

I can't stand Collinsworth because he's just CONSTANTLY talking. But it wouldn't be surprising to hear him pleading for the Bengals to do something to stay within 2 scores. Those 4th quarters in blowouts have to be excruciating for them.
