Thanks Clay. I really like those. I bet they look great worn out. I'm getting a second opinion and if favorable, I'm pulling the trigger on these:

Levis 508 regular tapered. Goddamn amazing pair of jeans. Looks great, feels great. The tiny bit of stretchy material in them makes a huge difference.

When this thread gets bumped, I have a brief moment of excitement that SR may be back.

Oakleys shouldn't be a suggestion in this thread anyway.

No. Some dude sent it too me. I've asked if legitimate. I know the whole too good to be true thing. I've never owned a pair of sunglasses over $12. I'd like a nice pair. But there is a reason I don't spend much on shades. I am brutal with them.

I tend to treat the expensive things I buy nicer than the cheap ones.

Oakleys have their place, but I'm pretty sure SR would advise something much different.

I've bought fake Oakleys before and real ones. Not a huge difference and I prefer the fake ones because if they break, who cares. I can get multiple pairs for different things like one for car and one for pool. Those are definitely fake IMO but I'd still buy a few just for fun if you like. Still better than buying some $12 Walmart brand, or at least not that much different and a bit more stylish.

I have some $150 polarized Smith sunglasses though that are awesome and comfy. Use for driving. I've had them 6 years and treat them very well because of how much they cost. They are still in great shape.

Right. I had a pair of Frogskins way back and those are the only ones that look good on my ugly assed face. Had them for a week I think. Now they are at the bottom of Beaver Lake.

Had a nice pair of biking glasses too. Lost them at Coachella.
