Exactly.

The NFL let this get out of hand with the Eagles tush push shit. They REFUSE to call forward progress stopped and blow the play dead so guys have to finish the tackle like that or the pile can just keep churning forward.

It's really strange to me they didn't address that in any way this offseason.
