Yeah... you and I talked about this heading into the Tampa series last week. Baseball is just such a funny game.

So how about we split the difference. You said we'd go 6-5 before the break. I said 8-3. How does a sweep of Boston and 7-4 sound? Nice little 6-2 road trip before the break to get things hyped again? LFG!!!!!!!!

MacArthur looks a little more locked in/sharp/with better stuff the last few days. Tighter spin on his breakers and a little more velo. Good to see.

I’d still like to see KC add a LH bat that’s legit and/or some bullpen arms.

Even old-ass Aroldis would be a nice weapon to get back.
