I watched part of it. Mahomes missed easy deep throws to MVS who was open by at least 5 yards 3 times on two drives in the 3rd quarter. And Watson and Ross was open deep several times.

And you're right; Ross is wide open there. I think the defense effed up there with their rotation. Either that, or Andy figured out the rules the secondary was playing by, and schemed the play to get Rice the ball underneath.
