Corn Chihuahua (quesadilla cheese) Cotija cheese Mayo Crema Chili powder Cilantro Lime Cook the corn to your liking (grill, steam, etc.), air fry tots, add them to a baking sheet and top with Chihuahua and broil, top with corn, mix mayo, crema, lime juice, and chili powder and dollop throughout, sprinkle with Cotija and cilantro, squeeze a couple limes and wah lah! |
