LOLOLOL
I had an extra little flat to put on while I smoked those ribs today and am in the process of doing the same damn thing for dinner tomorrow. Mine is doing it's fridge rest as we speak. Looks tasty though. And that's a sick slicer too. |

Pork tenderloin on the grill bacon and garlic stuffed injected with Tony Chachere's Cajun seasonings. Add garlic and herb pasta with steamed cauliflower & broccoli.

Looks good and good choice on the hot sauce. Tapatio is about my favorite due to its very light on vinegar.

Incredibly potent for its price-point.
Best bargain if you REALLY need the burn. A big regret was one time Cargo Largo had it for INSANELY cheap, like 50 cents a bottle. But I didn't know anything about it, so I just bought a couple bottles to try. Figured it would be something like Texas Pete, OK but nothing special. If I'd known how potent it was, I'd have bought at least a case.
