It's already happened...Wade's new defense got 2 pick sixes and benched the QB.

No Wade, Ware, Ward and Ray...and Bowl-cuts first game. This should be entertaining...Donko fans still think their defense is the same as the SB years.

Weren't you saying last offseason that Wade is only good his first year and is garbage after that point?

I'm saying he's better than your first time DC...and the Donkos defense did drop off last season.

Donks are a non-factor this season...so I actually want them to win. Chargers might actually be good.

Denver's defense look as good as it ever has during the preseason. And we were playing without 7 starters on defense.

Well, I do believe you were saying that Wade in Year 3 was going to be terrible... don't think it was year 2. And, you've been down on Ware because of injury. You've never accepted anyone saying Ray was worth a damn. Now, all 3 of those are big losses for Denver. Make up your mind.

Rams have some solid players and played a train wreck Colts' offense... pardon me if I don't freak out too much just yet.

I defintely don't think that Denver's defense is the same that won the SB... that's silly and have never said as much. I do think they're still a top tier group. Does that mean top 5 - top 7? Yes. Top 3-4.. we shall see.

Phhhtt... they survived the SEA SB loss and the Tebow season, oh and the Orton/Cutler years. Much younger then, so they likely would only remember that during intense therapy sessions. They'll be good with whatever happens tonight and this season. I've let them know we are kinda due for a down year or two, but we're hoping for the best.

They've all agreed that life is good and better than being a Cowboys' fan... and that to me says it all. My kids have grown up in Dallas, during an age when a whole generation of Cowboys' fans knows very little about playoff success (2-8 since 1997 - Chiefs are 1-7 in that time, so my kids view both as the same and the Broncos are 14-8 with a 3-1 SB record, so it's easy for them to buy in) and the SB years are long ago when that TV announcer used to play.

Good times.
