Adam Schefter, Bronco Homer

@AdamSchefter
As deserving as Curtis Martin is, it's hard to watch him being inducted and not think how @Terrell_Davis should one day join him. Truth.

Priest had 2 seasons of 20+ TD's and lead the league in TD's twice. Davis did each of those only once.

Leaving his Baltimore years completely out of it:

Priest played 65 games in KC and had 8447 yards and 83 TD, 11 fumbles.

Davis played 78 games in Denver and had 8887 yards and 65 TD, 20 fumbles.

this is hilarious... you really want to bring up postseason stats?...

TD has played in i think 9 playoff games and has rushed for over 100yds in every postseason game he's played in with the exception of one game, and in that game he rushed for 91 yds...

TD has as an impressive a postseason resume as any runner in history...

you certainly dont wanna bring up posseason if you want to compare TD to Holmes...

Priest won't.

TD won't.

They aren't HOF players.

Couple of pretty damn good RBs who put up monster stats in the short term, though.

I didn't say that. Davis certainly has an impressive resume. I'm just saying Priest only had one opportunity as a Chief to play in a playoff game due to the worst playoff defense of all time. And in that game, he had more yards from scrimmage than Terrell Davis ever had in a playoff game.

Hey, Priest was pretty good. How does his post season numbers look? I wonder if he'll get into the HoF as a Raven?

too bad we will never know if Priest could have consistently put up big numbers in the post season. The fact is TD did do it consistently. And had he not left the first SB with a migrain headache, he would have had more then 157 yards in that one game.

Homer donkey fans are butthurt.

They've run out of ways to argue for TD, so they take the pussy route and bash the lack of playoff appearances.

TD wasn't as special has you broke-hoe fans want to believe,he was great in the scheme that many others were great in also. I don't think he will get in anytime soon, and I'll leave it like that. Sweet Dreams.
