Pretty much. No matter how the cookie crumbles there's no real outcome of us facing BOTH the Bills and Ravens. At most we will face one of those turds in the Conference round - baring an upset.

We wont play both the Ravens/Bills. Under no scenario will that happen.

Steelers still could win the division highly unlikely but it's possible

And as the trade deadline neared in early November, the Chiefs not only acquired wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins but attempted to make a deal for cornerback Marshon Lattimore, an expensive player for 2024 who would likely have put some dead money on the books for 2025.

(The Commanders swooped in and offered the Saints a better package of draft picks in exchange for Lattimore.)

“If that was last year,” Chiefs general manager Brett Veach said when I asked him if the three-peat had motivated their trade deadline attempts, “we wouldn’t have made that call.”

The Chiefs are particularly motivated, influenced, to be the first team in NFL history to do it, in other words. Can you blame them?

The Chiefs (16-2) join the 1990 49ers (15-2) atop the summit of NFL history by advancing to a conference championship game after winning back-to-back Super Bowls.

Both teams did it with just enough offense (23 points for the Chiefs, 21 for the 49ers) and a dominating defense that shut everything down to close out the game.

Will the Chiefs make history next week? STAY TUNED!

17-win seasons with 1 or 2 losses.

'72 Dolphins (17-0)
'07 Patriots (18-1)
'85 Bears (18-1)
'84 49ers (18-1)
'24 Chiefs (17-2)
'15 Panthers (17-2)
'91 Redskins (17-2)

That's it. That's the list.

Tonight cemented the Chiefs as one of the greatest teams in the history of Pro Football.

Florio is saying that the Chiefs are the ones who did the deal and that they’ve just given the Eagles bulletin board material.
