I think she ate all her broccoli but all the pasta first. It's kind of funny, I ate my broccoli first. She grew up in a large family where 2nds on something might be gone if you waited so she eats her favorite thing first. I on the other hand eat my least favorite thing first so I can finish with the best tasting food.

Post a picture of the back of her hand? I have heard that you can ID those who grew up in large groups by a line of four dots in a line measuring about 5/8" long found on the back of their hand or wrist. Depending on the number of children and where the males are in the pecking order the lines can be perfectly spaced but in most cases there is one tang which is askew.

Wife and son are not home tonight so it is just me left to my own tastes.
Since neither likes onions it was a Oklahoma onion burger night. No sides. Pure old fashioned heaven. |

Stuffed Cabbage Well I tried, but the cabbage wrapping kinda started falling apart. Sure tasted good though. I used half ground pork and beef, diced onions, celery including leaves, some green pepper, brown rice and garlic. The sauce was a tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, a bit of the cabbage leftover water, paprika, allspice, lemon juice for that slightly tart flavor and some sweetener which called for brown sugar. Only I used some stevia and a tad of molasses as a replacement. Served with a side of brown rice and the semi-sweet-sour tomato sauce. I didn't even think it cutting open one to take a pic for the inside until after I uploaded the photos. Edit: Had some leftover and added that photo.
