Stidham is playing well today against a though 49ers defense. (As of 4 minutes left to play in the 4th quarter)

Regardless of how the game Monday night between the Bills and Bengals goes, we need a win.

LVR had their little breakout game with Stidham at the helm, but it's over now. like every other instance where a backup gets his first start and plays out of his mind, he's going to come back to earth this weekend. Plus, LVR has nothing to play for. A lot of those guys aren't going to want to risk injury for a meaningless game, no matter how much they hate KC. The Chiefs, otoh, need to win this game, so motivation is a given.

Should be yet another relatively unremarkable W for KC.

I think this chiefs team is tired...especially the offense. Mentally they have to be exhausted. Haven't the chiefs played more games than any team in the league over the last 4 years? I know that only applies to select players but it has to wear on you. This team is capable of much better play. We'll see how much they have in the tank in the post season.

Also, the rookies have now played nearly twice as many games as they would've in college. Typically, NFL rookies hit a bit of a wall because of all the extra games, even without the playoff games added on. if they can cruise during a game, at this point in the season, they'll do it. The vets like Kelce have already started with it as of last week.

This was his first official start of his short NFL career thus so far. He got all the practice snaps and it showed he was prepared.
