They were exploiting it for a lot of yards but very few points.

The only concern from the last few games has been the third down efficiency. If the Chiefs can turn the screws on that part of their game they will give up 10 points. Rewatching the last game we would have won if the turnovers don’t happen so play clean on offense and tighten up the third down defense and we win a game that looks like last year’s playoff game.

Bryan Cook looks rough out there. Reid has been iffy as well. Need them to up their games. Reid is a free agent too, I’d rather keep him though than Cook. Hicks should be the other

We don't have a true coverage safety on the roster. If we do, it's probably Conner (who we prefer to see fail as a slot corner).

Cook, Reid and Hicks are all effectively the same player. There are variations on the theme but all three of them are more akin to conventional strong safeties.

I really wish we'd have tried to find a true single-high sort of player over the last couple years. We can make this work, but it's not a weakness we can just close off, IMO.

We simply lack the personnel to effectively shut down the middle of the field. The 'backers aren't good enough in space and the safeties have coverage limitations. It's going to continue to be a problem because we just don't have the athleticism to ensure that it isn't.

This is why I preferred Kerby Joseph to Cook in that draft. Took him awhile but he's now an elite FS, while Cook is....not. We really, really need that type of player. But it's like a DE with speed, does Spags care for it?

I'll betcha Veach was super pissed he was unable to pick up Mike Edwards off of waivers when he got cut twice earlier this season.

He’s such a ****ing dawg. It’s incredible. From flipping burgers at Wendy’s, to getting taken in the 7th as a throwaway pick to locking down receivers against elite teams in Championship Games.

I hope him and McDuffie are ready for the Super Bowl because they’ll be inportant in clamping AJ Brown and Devonta Smith.

I think the return of Brown and Jaylen and the addition of DHOP/Hunt is what put us over the top.
