The fact you continue to defend Morris when ANDY REID… who gives struggling players multiple opportunities to correct themselves… finally had enough of Wanya’s shit play… is an interesting hill to die on.

Wut? They do dial up the long balls. Mahomes just keeps ****ing them up so they only try one or two a game.

The Chiefs had NINE players blocking on that Worthy play. N-I-N-E.

Even though it wasn’t an OL it’s STILL and embarrassment that Patrick got hit on that play.

Similar to last week vs Carolina when they were giving help to both tackles to chip/block and Mahomes still got sacked.

By a Carolina team that entered the game with 12 sacks for the entire season.

That’s what Sassy doesn’t get. You can chip help but that’s another weapon taken away. And Andy had to use a TE and a RB at times.

So it’s effectively 7 defenders vs only 3 or 4 receiving weapons. That’s why Mahomes held the ball so long on a lot of plays

He's not even a decent backup now. Sign Donovan Smith and put Wanya on IR.

Was never a big fan of OBJ, however, just by dint of his sheer size, the odds that chaisson/Deabo just running right by him are lower.

100% this.

The Chiefs have to ensure that Wanya or Kingsley never see another snap at LT again this season.

The fact they are exclusively relying on Humphries… who hasn’t played in a full year… to prevent this… is not good.

That's not how chipping works, bruh. You can absolutely chip and still be a receiving option. Now, if the TE stays on the line and blocks the whole play that's called blocking, not chipping.

Yeah they tried chipping. Didn’t work at all.

Then they had to use more blockers. Then Andy kept the tackles on an island and it ruined the offense

The play calling didn't help Wanya. They needed quicker passing plays to take pressure away from the pass rush. Too many passing plays needed time to develop. We have guys that can run a WR screen. Speedsters that can run crossing routes or drag routes. We were going for big plays but rarely had the time for those routes.

And this is why I'm not a Nagy fan. It's too much going wrong for it not to be a coaching issue. Every single unit on offense the past 2 years has played below expectations. There is something happening or not happening in practice and in the meeting rooms for there to be so little cohesion between the players and position groups. There's no reason for everyone to be so out of sync.
