Seeing as Bearcat banned me from the KU basketball thread for daring to use statistics to dispel the constant trashing of the team’s best player this year by far, I’ll need somewhere to put my thoughts for this year’s tournament.

In sum, the committee screwed KU again. Their resume (and wins) should have had them at at least a 6 seed and maybe even a 5. Arkansas is also the toughest matchup they could have had among possible opponents and KU matches up horribly against them (stay tuned as to why).

As far as the rest of the tournament goes, I’m picking Houston to win it all and Kentucky (fraud) to lose in the first or second round.

This bracket has gone to form. I expected Houston to be right where they're at. I also expected Tennessee to be right where they're at. And when I saw the bracket, this upcoming game was the game that I was most concerned with. I said that when we beat the Zags, not to dismiss Tennessee. We're here now. Hope its a good one.

Coaches need to nix these stupid lob plays. They constantly clank them now. 2000s KU was a gem when it came to them but now it seems like they airmail the pass or clank the dunk more often than not.

I’m honestly shocked how tough TTU is playing UF and outrebounding them. Florida has such a size advantage.

Me too, unfortunately Florida has way too many shooters to keep up, their only hope is to keep a little distance on the scoreboard.
